Please reach us at epicuroculinarycenter@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Cooking Classes as a private event require a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 12 guests. If cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience.

You are more than welcome to change or cancel your cooking class reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled event time to avoid cancellation fees.

We do not offer credit card refunds, and we are not able to offer cooking class credit or transfers for last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control.  You are always welcome to send someone in your place, as we understand that these things do happen. If you are purchasing this class or event as a gift, please provide this cancellation policy to the recipient, as the policy will still apply.

We usually host 10 to 12  guests per service. However, we can adjust the class size for special events and private classes.

About Us

Who is Epicurus?

The Ancient Greek philosopher Epicurus was born in 341 BC. What made him famous was his skillful and relentless focus on one particular subject: happiness. Previously, philosophers had wanted to know how to be good; Epicurus insisted he wanted to focus on how to be happy. We need a return to philosophy and a lot more seriousness about the business of being happy.

Are we Epicureans?

Epicurean philosophy was based on simple pleasures, friendship and retirement. In our times; one who takes pleasure in eating and drinking, a person who has highly refined taste for fine foods.
